A word from the President

It would give me great pleasure to present to you our company Express International and it’s incomparable facilities and services.

I would like to begin by saying that Express International Company (EIC) is recognized to be the oldest company in Egypt that is specialized in the “Removals Industry”.  We are proud to be celebrating our 32^nd anniversary this year.

EIC is the only FIDI (Federation of International Furniture Removals) member in Egypt and is supported by other FIDI companies all over the world.  This creates a global network that gives us the facilities to provide our clients with a well renowned service in any country around the world.  EIC is also proud to be the only company of its kind in Egypt to have the ISO 9002 and the FIDI FAIM certifications for quality service.

To provide our clients with the highest standards of quality service and to meet international specifications, we have moved our facilities to a new home of 15,000 square meters at Abu Rawash.

Within this area you will find a 5,200 square meters for warehousing which is electronically controlled and fully secured 24 hours a day.

A carton factory is situated on a 1,000 square meter area that provides EIC with all the packing material it needs.  Among which are cartons of all sizes, corrugated paper, brown and white paper making us the only removal company in Egypt that produces its own work materials.

We also provide special packing materials for fragile items such as bubble wrap, plastic sheeting, foam sheeting in addition to providing special wooden crates and lift vans to secure the maximum protection for our client's valuables.

EIC is a self sufficient company where all the work is carried out in house.  None of our work is sub-contracted.  We have our own offices at Cairo International Airport, Alexandria, Suez and Port Said.  EIC also owns its trucks, van trucks, flat bed trucks, low loaders as well as lifting equipment that has a capacity of lifting from 3 up to 10 tons.  We are also proud of owning a hydraulic external elevator that we use for deliveries and packing of valuable items.

Express International Company (EIC) was established in 1970 and has grown to become Egypt’s Number 1 Freight Forwarder.  With five (5) offices located in Cairo, Alexandria, Suez, Port Said and Cairo International Airport, EIC is also Egypt’s largest company in the business.

EIC has over 210 personnel who are daily mobilized to render all clients an outstanding service.  These services include packing and crating, transportation, warehousing, container service, customs clearing at all Egyptian ports, fairs and exhibitions, insurance, special projects and door to door service by air and sea.  All these above services are offered to household goods, personal effects, electronics, oil field projects, military projects and general cargo.
