Important Update Regarding the Coronavirus (Covid-19) emergency status

Dear valued customers and colleagues,

In light of the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) emergency status, this #Coronavirus outbreak has been labelled a global pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO), hoping that you, your family and friends are safe and sound.

We wanted to provide a brief update as many governments and important elements of the supply-chain are imposing restrictions on the movement of people including transport and travel as well as other routine day to day activities, with little or no notice, to try to combat the spread of the disease around the world. We at Express International Group will do our utmost to fulfill contracted services. However, in the event that measures or restrictions may impact our ability to provide services to you, or even suspend or cancel the services, we will not accept any liability for any losses that may arise, and we limit our liability accordingly with the following conducted measurements from our contingency plans in accordance with the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population and WHO regulations:

  • We are still working at this time #EIG head-office remain open as usual, though we will work at office on rotational basis or from our homes. We are confident of our systems and processes and that we will be able to maintain a quality service to everyone.
  • We will offer customers a video survey first accompanied by a call for explanation. If this way doesn’t work, we will make a physical survey applying all necessary safety precautions.

We are regularly reviewing the advice from MOHP & WHO and will notify you if we change our own policies or practices around our service. This matter is under constant review and we will keep you informed of any developments which may affect fulfillment of contracted services.
